You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or use it to violate another person's rights.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your access credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, Kouka, or the integrity of the service.

Kouka presents product data from multiple sources and community contributions. Packaging, formulations, prices, availability, and labels can change, and information may be incomplete or incorrect. Always check the physical product label, especially for allergens, dietary needs, safety instructions, and time-sensitive information.

Kouka's scores, classifications, comparisons, and explanations are informational only. They are not medical, nutritional, dietary, or professional advice and are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, review, reproduce, adapt, and use submitted product information and images to operate and improve Kouka and its product catalog. You must have the right to submit that content and must not include personal, unlawful, or confidential material.

Kouka, its software, branding, interface, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of Kouka or its content.

We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Kouka is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
